25. What happen if my registration code has been cancelled?

What happen if your program tells you that the registration code is cancelled. First thing don't panic, take a deep breath everything is going to be ok.

Head over to the "help/register" on the menu bar inside the program, and you should notice a button called "active" next to the registration code field. Simply press it while you are connected to the internet, this should get you re-registered again automatically.

If this fails to solve the problem you have, please send us the error.log file via email to support@dynamicsubmission.com.  The file is located in the Dynamic Submission program directory.
