with your order or registration code, or if you
request a NEW registration code:
- This
form will only be sent if a valid email
address has been inserted in the 'email'
box.
- Please
provide your name, email address and your
client ID# if you are a registered user. The
Client ID# can be found in your Order
Confirmation email when you registered.
- If
you have a problem to register the program,
please make sure to provide your software Serial
Number which can be found in the
"Help/Register" screen. Please
also send an "error.log" file
which can be found in the same directory of
your application. For example, by default
the error.log file for Submission 2000 is in
C:\program files\dynamic\dynamic submission
2000 v6\error.log.
